This double under sink water filter features our KDF/GAC cartridge (Granulated Activated Carbon) cartridge (12,000 gallon rating) Kinetic Degradation Fluxion is a high-purity copper-zinc formulation that uses a basic process known as redox (oxidation/reduction). In addition to the KDF/GAC this unit has an Activated Alumina cartridge to effectively remove Fluoride from your drinking water. This dual setup unit is the best for Fluoride Removal in drinking water which is removed with a special filter that contains Activated Alumina it's aluminum oxide, the same chemical substance as sapphire and rubies, but without the impurities that give the gems their color (this is not aluminum), our KDF/GAC cartridge will also remove any activated alumina that may be in your water after going through the activated alumina filter for ultra clean water. Note: high pH/alkaline water will shorten the filter life for fluoride removal.
Easy to install, Replace & Maintain
Quick-connect fittings make installation a snap! This undercounter filter is placed out of the way, under the sink. It connects to the cold water line with an "EZ valve connector" and dispenses water through an attractive long reach faucet. Quick-connect fittings make for fast, easy installation. A 1/2" hole is all that is needed for the faucet stud (all series), but a cover plate is included to accommodate larger pre-drilled holes. Includes standard faucet chrome with black plastic tip and handle, 8.75" tall and has a swivel spout with a reach of 5.5", "EZ valve connector” high pressure polyethylene tubing, mounting bracket, and housing wrench. 12" tall, 10" wide, 5" deep. 3 year prorated warranty on cartridge, 5 year on components.
